Terms of Service.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Matrice IQ (“Matrice IQ”, “we”, “us”) for your use of matriceiq.com and our online assessment services (the “Service”). By using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old. At launch the Service is offered to users in the United States; payment is in U.S. dollars unless we state otherwise.

Matrice IQ delivers heuristic, single-sitting estimates of cognitive abilities based on your responses to original test items. At launch the flagship assessment is a pattern-matrix fluid-reasoning test; we may add other assessments over time, each described on its own page.

Matrice IQ is not:

• a clinical or diagnostic instrument;
• a norm-referenced IQ test for all offerings (unless explicitly stated);
• a substitute for evaluation by a licensed psychologist;
• a credential for hiring, admissions, immigration, insurance, legal, medical, employment, or membership decisions.

You agree not to present or rely on any result for those purposes.

No account is required. We issue an anonymous session token per attempt and store your responses and scores in our database. The token may be passed to Stripe at checkout to link payment to your session.

The pattern-matrix unlock fee is US $5.00 per session unless we publish a different price. Taxes may be collected by Stripe. Future assessments may have separate pricing; changes apply only to new purchases.

Digital results are delivered immediately and are generally final sale. We refund only when a verifiable technical fault on our end prevented delivery. Email info@matriceiq.com within 14 days with your session token; decisions are at our reasonable discretion.

Each payment unlocks one session for one viewer. Retaking or unlocking another session requires another payment unless we offer a bundle.

You agree not to:

• bypass paywalls, scrape item banks, automate tests, or interfere with integrity;
• use the Service unlawfully or deceptively;
• probe or breach security measures.

Items, scoring, visuals, and copy are owned by Matrice IQ and protected by copyright. You receive a limited personal licence to take assessments and view your own results. You may not redistribute, train models on, or reproduce the item bank. We do not copy Raven, Wechsler, or other copyrighted instruments.

We use Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you acknowledge that these tools may collect usage and conversion data subject to their providers’ terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness, accuracy, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matrice IQ and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) US $20.

You agree to indemnify Matrice IQ against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

We may add, modify, or discontinue assessments or features. We may revise these Terms; material changes take effect no sooner than 14 days after posting unless required sooner by law. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes shall be brought in courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
